What is a digital marketplace for kindness?

We are creating a marketplace where people can come together and exchange acts of kindness. These kindnesses can be simple actions where you give your time or give financially to those in and around your community.
Are you a nonprofit charity?

We are not set up as a 501(c)(3) or nonprofit charitable organization. Instead, we are a public benefit corporation that has the specific purpose of facilitating the exchange of kind actions. We plan to work with local agencies and nonprofits as community partners who are aligned with our mission.
Do you charge any fees?

Receivers are not charged to place their requests on the platform. We believe transparency is important to our Givers. The following are the charges that we lay out prior to the checkout process: 1) Shipping Fee - Shipping fee is the pass through cost that we incur from the retailer in order to ship this item to the Receiver 2) Taxes - These are state and local taxes collected by the retailer on purchased goods. 3) Pago Fee - This is the fee Pago collects for organizing the entire process from kindness request to fulfillment. This fee includes the 3-5% fee that we are charged by the payment processor in order to complete the transaction. The balance is Pago’s fee to support the operational costs of the platform.
